Mind Journey Workshop 1: Achieving Positive Mental Wellbeing – Self-esteem matters!
Mind Journey is the Health Promotion Board’s mental well-being programme for adults aged 18–49. The programme aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to optimise their mental well-being in 5 areas: self-esteem, resilience, cognitive efficacy, social and emotional intelligence. The programme comprises a series of four workshops and will use movies, role-playing and scenario-based interventions as mechanisms to get the learning objective across. Participants are also encouraged to learn more about their own mental well-being prior to the workshop by taking a short 30–item interactive scale at www.hpb.gov.sg/mentalwellbeing/scale
